M3000 Even–Lok Spherical Roller Bearings

Our M3000 Even-Lok™ Bearings come in multiple housing styles including 2-Bolt Pillow Blocks, 4-Bolt Pillow Blocks, 4-Bolt Flanges, Piloted Flanges, and Wide-Slot Takeups. All housings come in our standard painted finish, but Custom Colors, Powder Coating, Stainless Steel Powder Coating, Nickel Plating, Epoxy Coatings, and Teflon Coatings can be quoted upon request. 

When compared to traditional set screw locking, Moline’s M3000 Even-Lok™ concentric locking solution reduces fretting corrosion while distributing the locking force equally, further reducing the risk of particle infiltration in the inner sleeve. This line is available with Standard Double Lip Contact Seals from SKF™, or Balanced Steel Labyrinth Seals. Additionally, both expansion (red metal tag) and non-expansion (yellow metal tag) versions are available, giving the line the ability to handle shaft sizes ranging from 1-7/16” to 4”. 

Moline M3000 Even-Lok™ Bearings come ready to slip onto the shaft as we ship them completely assembled, adjusted, sealed, and pre-lubricated, leaving no potential for failure due to dirt or dust. The self-aligning feature provides for speedy mounting with minimum in field adjustments required, saving you time and expense, as less skill is required to complete the install. These products also come with an Hex-L key allen wrench for easy mounting and dismounting.
