Returns Terms / RGA Policy

Please Review The Following Closely

The original Purchaser of the product (the distributor) is responsible for ensuring the returned items are returned correctly – please coordinate closely with your end user, as the return is between Moline and the Distributor, not Moline and the end user.

Item(s) must be:

  • Returned unused and in re-salable condition

  • Packaged in the original undamaged carton

  • Placed inside a separate shipping box, packaged and sealed securely

  • If returned via LTL, items must be double boxed and secured to the skid with strapping.

Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of returned goods, you will be notified of your RGA and Credit Memo status. Credit taken before notification my result in the suspension of your account. Credits are issued against the original or future purchase orders only. RGA's are valid for 60 days – goods must be returned within this time frame. If the product is returned past this date, the Purchaser understands no credit may be issued.
